At the June 9, 2021 Full Board Meeting, the Members of the Authority will be considering a proposed advisory regarding contracts that compensate third party providers of goods or services with a percentage of the licensee’s sales, profits or revenues. Due to COVID-19 related restrictions, there will be no opportunity to appear before the Members and offer comments on the proposed advisory during the meeting. All comments must be submitted by email. The comments must be emailed to [email protected] and received no later than Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 2 PM. Submissions received after the deadline, or sent to an email address other than [email protected] will not be included in the record that is provided to the Members for their consideration.
