Proposed Advisory on 3rd party agreements

A proposed Advisory on 3rd party agreements with licensees was submitted to the Members of the Authority for their consideration at the August 20, 2019 Full Board meeting. The proposed Advisory is intended to provide guidance to the industry in situations such as leases, management agreements and other arrangements where a third party is sharing in a licensee’s profits. At the September 18^th meeting, the Members of the Authority decided to hold a special Full Board meeting on October 7^th at 10:00 am to provide time to hear anyone who would like to speak on the matter.     

The Members will be at our NYC location for this meeting with video conferencing available in the Albany and Buffalo locations. Speakers will be heard in the order they sign in and time allotted will depend on the number of individuals that would like to speak. Written comments must be received by Friday, September 27^th and may be submitted via email to: [email protected]
