The new Off-Premises Catering License is now available here. The new license allows caterers with a facility with a kitchen, but not the capacity to seat 50 people, to apply for an off-premises catering license allowing them to serve liquor in addition to beer, wine, and cider at the location of the event at private functions, occasions, or events. Applicants must have adequate facilities to provide for not less than 50 persons. Please note, this license only allows licensees to sell alcoholic beverages at retail and only to be consumed at sites off the licensed premises at which a catering permit has been applied for and granted.
