As part of her Billion Dollar Rescue Plan for small businesses, Governor Hochul will propose legislation permanently legalizing the sale of To-Go drinks. Licensees please note, providing liquor and wine drinks to go is not currently permissible under the law. Legislation will be introduced to reinstate this vital lifeline for small businesses and consumers.
